I have submitted my exam form today and make the payment and the same are deducted from bank but PDF of exam form is not generated. I login again than it show edit option only. I call to ICAI toll free number provided on websites but they didn't pick up the call..
What can I do now?
should I submit form once again and make payment again ?
please help me out from this issue.

Get some good connection and Pay again for exam.
As far as your refund of first transaction is concerned 99% it will be refunded
It happened to me once but till date no refund.
For refund of fees, what can I do now?
You can call toll free number and highlight the issue.
Toll free numbers are useless. I try to called them numerous times but they did not pick up the phone or lines are always busy . Is there any other alternative ?
write a mail to exam dept with screen shot.
