Exam Form related issue

I have submitted my exam form today and make the payment and the same are deducted from bank but PDF of exam form is not generated. I login again than it show edit option only. I call to ICAI toll free number provided on websites but they didn't pick up the call..
What can I do now?
should I submit form once again and make payment again ?
please help me out from this issue.
