Exam form query

Hi friends,

   I am an CA Final student writing exam in Nov 2017.I completed my articleship in 2015.Please clarify my below query with regard to the exam form

1) Should we get attestation from a CA ?? as the format of "Certificate of service " provided in the Exam login contains space only for signature of candidate...(I selected the first option i.e. completed Articleship)
