Yes you can give your Exam because the provision of ICAI says that you should have completed your articleship on or before the month of examination i.e here Nov 11. So before/till 1st Nov you should have completed your articleship.

Further,There is one recent amendment by ICAI, You can give Exam before 6 months of your Completion of articleship.
