Ewaybill
suppose a registered dealer purchased goods from a registered dealer of same state worth RS. 150000/- . But he has not taking delivery of such goods because he wants to sale that goods to other party from that place. My question is that , whether eway bill is required for that invoice?

YES E WAY BILL IS REQUIRED FOR THAT WHEN THIRD PARTY TAKES GOODS FROM THAT PLACE . EWAY BILL IS MAKE ON THE BASIS OF BILL TO SHIP TO MODEL
I want to say that , party is not taking delivery of goods. in that case way bill is required?
IN THAT CASE NO EWAY BILL IS REQUIRED. E WAY BILL IS REQUIRED ONLY WHEN THERE IS MOVEMENT OF GOODS
It is not required because there is no movement of Goods
