I can't understand Your questions...
But., Simply said...
If goods will be send then prepare E-Way bill as per Rule...
If goods not transported / No movements then no need to prepare E-Way bill or not required
No need to generate Eway when there is no movement goods , so issue just credit nt
what if credit note value more then 50000 but there is no movement of goods

No need E-way bill there is no movement goods...
can we create credit note for export e way bill? the product is moved from the exporter place to port, on waiting for customs clearing the importer cancelled our order for some reason. e way bill cancel time limit is over.

If we have done a purchase return of more than Rs50000 , so who will generate the E-way Bill? Supplier or Buyer?
