I want to know the following facts about eway bill.
1) If a lorry carrying goods as per two separate invoices one for Rs.45000/- and another is Rs.48000/-. whether eway bill needs to be issued if parties are different or same?
2) If a lorry carrying goods worth Rs.120000/- of two different invoices one invoice worth Rs.100000/-(taxfree goods) and another is for Rs. 20000/-(taxable). Here, parties may or may not be same. what will be the impact on issuing eway bill under above circumstances?
