I want to know we as Media and Industry registered as Private Limited Company. It is compulsory to register in ESIC or not. Currently we are 11 employees on payroll.

Yes, ESIC registration is compulsory. Because the Private Limited Company has 11 employees (crossing the statutory threshold of 10), it is legally required to register under the ESI Act, even though monthly contributions will only apply to employees earning ₹21,000 or less.
