Dear Experts, kindly tell me that Can an employee claim his ESIC contribution as deduction while filing his ITR ???

In my opinion :
ESI employee contribution cannot be taken for deduction in ITR as it is static benefit & amenities will be provided by Govt. to employee. It is mandatory to employee to contribute though employee have not utilise..
