Error/ mistake in ca final online exam form - may 2014

I have to appear for 2nd group of CA FINAL in MAY 2014. I have already completed my articleship and have received letter from ICAI regarding articleship completion.

By Mistake in Online exam form i have ticked "serving 6 months of articleship as on 01/05/2014" instead of " Completed my articleship"

Now i am confused about how to rectify it. Becoz if the online form is submitted once can't be changed.

Although i am going to attach the letter of ICAI with it & signing my declaration but still what else should i do ?

Under the Eligiblity Criteria in pdf i have also stated that the above info is given wrong by mistake and i have completed my articleship.

Should i send a application also by Speed Post in Exam Deptt in Noida about the mistake or should i attach a covering letter with the pdf generated with it ??

Anyone who have done such mistake in past, please tell what all you have done so that there is no problem in issuance of Admit Card.

Please guys help me...m tensed...

Hello Rahul, Don't worry. First contact on help desk of online registration. They will solve your problem easily. In these kind of cases, now you have to submit physical letter with all documents along with generated wrong PDF.

Thanks Mr. Bhargav for replying...i called exam deptt Noida. They are saying to send an application mentioning my control no and other details and proof of articleship. What all documents should i attach ? Letter of ICAI confirming my articleship ccompletion is enough or i have to attach Form 108 copy also ??

Also shuld i attach all these documents and letter with pdf also while depositing the exam form ?

I already submitted hard copy of my CA final exam form without office seal of CA ( i.e. only signature, name and M.No.). is there any problem with that, as this time it is clearly mentioned in PDF that signature must be accompained with office seal. please suggest what shoul I do now?

Hi Rahul,

I have entered my IPCC 1 Group passwrod wrongly in the exam form.. Can you please let me know the complete procedure how to get it rectified.
