Try to get signed by this token another pdf form like Form 32, Form 23ac etc. If you find the same error then contact the administrative executive where from you have made this USB digital signature for your company.

hmmmm. . . Actully it happens normally when u r not using right explorar. Internet Exp. and Mozilla are best for this. 

Now comming on your problem, I think you havent updated JAVA till yet to run the token. In mean while time file the return without token by using .pfx   file which you have on your mail id.
