while validating ITR3 the error message shows "Do you want to claim the benefit u/s 115H (Applicable to resident)? in sheet PartA-General is mandatory " but in the the excel utility file this field is protected for editing kindly reply me a solution for the same

Firstly, I hope you have downloaded latest ITR utility released on 11.07.2019.

Secondly, if you have already filled data for resident properly, along with all other mandatory details on the sheet, just save the file and close it.

Reopen it, it will be cleared.
