Error in filling up the exam form.

Hey guys, Today I filled my IPCC May 14 exam form. I took the physical form from a college where it was available. The thing is I forgot to enter my DD details in the form and submitted it. I just want to know what should I do now? I have my DD attached to the form. Will my form get rejected or something? Thank you.

NO worries relax,

but do visit icai regional centre and submit your request
