Yes It is Mandatory for Filing ER-7. Every Year.
I think u didn't understood the question.
I want to know whether it is mandatory for everyone or only for assessees who pay a duty of more than 1 crore (via account current)
Dear Amit
I wish to inform you that every assessee registered with excise deptt have to submit the annual ER-7 return in correct format as prescibed latest by 30th april. This is mandatory for all assessee. There is no obligation of revenue of 1 corore or below:
