Quick Summary
An employee earning £36,000 basic salary joined, but left before their UAN could be created due to an incorrect Aadhaar detail. The employer is now unsure how to remit the deducted PF. While UAN can be generated online, if Aadhaar details need correction, it can take time. Even if the employee has left, the deducted PF must be credited to their UAN once generated. If the employee is unreachable, the employer might skip them for the current month's remittance and inform the employee about their PF benefits.
