dear all,
one employee drawing basic sal 36000 joined the company. due to incorrect aadhaar uan couldn't be created. before correcting and uan creation the employee left. now how to remit the deducted pf for this employee?

UAN can be generated online using aadhaar otp .
If mobile number not linked to aadhaar then it takes less than week to update.
Aadhaar can't be incorrect.
Might be correction in name ,date of birth and father name.
Even if the employee left ,you must credit the entire amount to his UAN once it is generated

Practically you may face a problem.
Skip the employee for the month .
Drop a mail to him stating that he will get benefit from PF ..
Hope the ECR submission deadline is extended.
