we have imported printing machine by inter branch transfer by using F form is any entry tax we have to pay ?
we got a notice from sales tax department please pay the entry tax for that machine 2% on the value of the machine
i heared that no entry tax for IBT transfers but we already paid the tax .finally it is applicable for entry tax or not i want to know
Entry tax differs from state to state and goods to goods. Pls tell which machinery you have imported and also inform in which state you have imported.
