m fabrication contractor n no. of employee in my firms is 7. all r having salary below 15000/- But the company in which we r working as contractor, need the ESI registration of every contractor. i tried to register my firm online. but at some stage it ask for the date from which no of employee is20 or more. i cant proceed further until fill that place. and the registration is must for continuing work in that company. what should i do?
ESI needs 20 workers employed without powser / 10 workers with power
as you are working with power, employ 3-4 more casual workers for 1 weektime and get registration, offline is better option as you can get the registration within 3-4 days by visiting the regional office with application.
shop act or factory act registration is required for ESI registration for employer? we fall in rural areas. what should i do for getting registration under these act?
