Employer asks information of assets& liabilities of employee

Sir / Madam,

Employer is asking for information on details of personal Assets & Liabilities of Employee as per the written policy of the company ( Company is NBFC which is wholly owned Subsidiary of Public Limited Bank)

 

Non Submission of information will constitute as an act of misconduct as per the company policy.

 

Is this right policy?

as the designated post may have scope of misconduct, and accept rewards in personal forms from public or clients, so the NBFC is right as per my personal view, so that in case of any dispute in future, they can be in position to ascertain the effects
