empanelment for bank audits

I had applied for the emplanement of bank audit vide form no 03288 for 2007-08 which was depicted in the list of the eligible aplication under category no ST IV. I wish to know whether i have been able to get the audit or not.

Since you became Associate on 2004 you must be eligible this year and rightly given IV SP. But RBI didnot give you audit. It is really very sad but to come to any any conclusion please read the following.   https://www.icai.org/icairoot/announcements/announ1342.html

You may get audit next year and hope for the best.

My firm is registerted in 2003.I have got statutory Audit for 3 bank branches. But i want  to know What should be the procedure to procure the Banks concurrent /regular audit.My firm is a partnership firm with 2 F.C.A.

I retired from our CA firm on 1.4.09. I want to know whether i can apply for bank empanelment 2009-10. The application form says data will be as of 1.1.09? Now I am practising in my individual name.

once i complete my articleship and ca final exam , got memebership no... Is there any course which i need to be pursued for getting bank audit  ???
