if your sales are with in your state.you can go for composition scheme.turnovar limit 75 lac
RCM will be applicable if you buy any taxable goods or services from unregistered supplierswithin the state or from foreign suppliers. Hope i am correct
some amendment regarding purchase from unregister dealer, as per my view 5000 urd purchase day limit is eligible as per last amendment. am I right ?

as per latest amendment per day RCM purchase 5000 exempted. in case crossed 5000. your URD purchase is 5500. need to pay on 5500.
