We have a client who's own siblings are dependent on him (they are dumb and duff from birth) can he claim deduction u/s 80DDB.. Or under any relevant provisions of chapter 6A and specify whether He is eligible for deduction On both of his siblings
if eligible then please specify the quantum of deduction and conditions to be fulfilled

I think you can claim deduction u/s 80DD also
you can claim deduction under section. 80dd of rs. 75k or 125k depending upon the percentage of disability. there's no precedence in respect of 80dd for claiming more than one person.

So shall he can claim 250000 (125000,125000)on his both siblings as they are severely disabled
