My article ship started in Sept 2012, later i took a transfer in jan 2013. My 3 yrs termination on paper will complete on 21 Sept 2015 and i had 48 days leave in all from my previous office.
Therefore, will i be considered eligible for my May, 2015 CA final attempt??
OR
My leave of 48 days will be counted for extention and make it approx. 8 months before the exam and thus making me in-eligible for my May, 2015 attempt by following 6 months prior to completion of article ship rule for exam???.
Plz guide me.
