Information: Sir, My Client (Pvt Ltd Co doing Software Service and Not covered ESIC and EPF) Medical Insurance Premium Paid for its staffs to Insurance Company, Insurer Collecting GST on Premium.
Question: GST on Insurance Premium is eligible to claim ITC ?
