eligibility for Final exam under PCC Scheme

Hello Friends,

i heard that the student is eligible to write the final exam under PCC sceme, before 6 months of completion of artcleship.

whereas it was only after completion of articleship earlier.

is it true? that we can write the exams before completion of articleship?

if any body knows about such notification or circular please provide me the same.

i want to write the final exams in this november it self.

please provide me if any information is availble in this regard.
