Whether Einvoice is applicable to Rate Difference, Delayed Payment Charges or Discount on Sales, As Quantity details are not available of these 3 charges & what are the HSN Codes of these 3 charges-?

E-invoice is applicable for all B2B invoices. since the rate applicable on goods sold is applicable for such other charges, the same HSN has to be used with quantity as 1
