My turnover is reached above 10 crore Dec 2022.can einvoce applicable me

Quick Summary
If your business turnover exceeded 10 crore in any previous financial year, e-invoicing is applicable to you. While not mandatory if previous years were below this threshold, you can still opt in. E-invoicing will become mandatory from the next financial year, provided the turnover limit remains at 10 crore or is not reduced to 5 crore from January.

Hi Nirmal,

Einvoice is applicable if turnover in any previous FY is 10Crores or more. In your case if Previous FY is less than 10crs then E invoice is not mandatory but you can opt for it and generate.

You will have to generate it from next financial year provided that turnover limit is not reduced to 5 crores from January
