EFP Deduction
My new employer is not registered with ESIC and confirm that they will not deducting PF on my salary.. If you want PF deduction you have to apply yourself..... My current company is registered with ESIC and I also have active UAN number...plesae confirm can apply for Epf deduction from myself.. Directly to ESIC..

I think No, since whatever amount will be deducted from your salary can only be deposited by employers under their registration number
you can open PF account with bank and deposit yourself.
You can open PPF Account with the bank and deposit yourself.
