EFP Deduction

My new employer is not registered with ESIC and confirm that they will not deducting PF on my salary.. If you want PF deduction you have to apply yourself..... My current company is registered with ESIC and I also have active UAN number...plesae confirm can apply for Epf deduction from myself.. Directly to ESIC..
