Hey Guys,
A person relieved from his job in Feb 13 with a Co earning Salary Income has become Director in another Co in March 13 earning Directors Remuneration as Sales Commission. Will he File ITR 1 or ITR 4.
Please reply asap.

Hello,
According to me, Director is required to file income tax return 1 as salary return.
because whatever he is received it is in capacity of director whther you called it remuneration or commission.
