Our company was registered in 2000 and after 2002 there was no business in company.
We want to close the company under EES, 2011 but the company has not file any DIN, Form 32, Registration of Digital signatures, Annual Returns from 2002 to till today.
Can we opt this scheme?

As per circular we are eligible for this but I want to know that should we file din, and annual returns first or else we opt this directly ......................................

There is no need to file annual return or other forms..................Bt its better to take din of atlest one director otherwise there is also a provision that without din u can file the EES form and exercise the option.

Yes, you can exercise the option and any practicing professional would digitally sing the forms and the physically signed documents (signed by directors) would attached within that form.
