Hi,
can we close a company under EES 2010 without closing its bank A/c and widout obtaining DIN of directors.

Din of directors shall have to be obtained ...in fact you will also have to file DIN 3 (if the appoitment relates with the period when it was applicable) and then only you can file form under EES.
