I have gst liability rs.2 lac for the month of Nov 18. cgst 1 and sgst 1
but in ECL i have only CGSt credit of rs.1.5 lac ... what can I do?

you have to pay in cash 50 k in cgst ledger
and 1 lakh for sgst in cash
and 1 lakh for sgst in cash
You have to pay 1L cash for SGST.
Credit of cgst 1.5L can only setoff against cgst & igst but cannot setoff against sgst

ECL Balance : CGST 1.5Lac
Net Payable
CGST : 1 lac - 1lac = Nil

If you have only CGST credit in electronic credit ledger then in present situation you have to pay Rs. 100000 under SGST head
