Dear Sirs or Madams

It's necessary E Waybill for only Software license or license Code, it's cost 80000 in IRN, not Software.

E-way bill only applicable if transportation is being done through a motorised vehicle

E-way bill is not applicable for services. Its only applicable for goods and when the goods are moved through a motorised conveyance.
