dear colleagues,
gud noon,
interstate goods bejna hai approx 20 lac value hai... isme confusion ye hai ki hum goods sale nhi kr rhe hai... sirf stockist ko bej rhe hai.. vo jab goods sale krega then hume payment milega...
toh eway bill generate kaise kru???

Thanks sir, ab ye batao ki agar delivery challan k base per agar hum goods sent krte hai.. toh hume tax toh nhi pay krna hota hai na?? or fir hume tax kab pay krna hota hai

No you are not required to pay tax while generating eway bill through delivery challan. Tax will be charged on the invoice at the time of sale made.

Ok sir thanks... ek last confusion ye hai ki jo goods sale ho gya uska e-way bill ab thodi na genrate hoga?? mtlb jo goods delivery challan k base per sent kiya tha ab vo udhr sale ho gya toh uska fir se e-way bill(tax invoice k liye) thodi na niklega??

You have to generate Tax Invoice and generate eway bill. For your purpose it is a supply.
