how to generate e way bill for import of goods from custom duty , for whom GST no.we put in e way bill and which addres to be mentioned in(goods impoted from China).igst column isn't opened

above 50000 is mandatory for generate e way Bill right but why no e way Bill for import of goods tell me sir
