E-way bill diffrent item name

we have 10 items with diffrent name but same hsn code.
1.while generating e-way bill ,can be combined same hsn items because opening every item in e-way bill form is very time consuming??
2. is it mandatory to fill quantity in e-way bill. website has no mandatory tag on it.
