I will take e way bill wrongly 1 month back, the goods already send to consignee, in this time how to correct this eway bill. can I pay penalty in this problem.

There is no way out to correct E-way bill once generated after stipulated time specified.

pl inform to Gst dept., ... in that future govt dept will verify e way bill vs invoices ..
I think..you have to write a letter to your officer and you cam explain him your problem so that in further they will not levy penalty.
