E way bill
we are regd in maharashtra n we are supplying goods to Party A at mumbai. But party is asking to give delivery at Surat to Party B. so we are making E way bill in the name of Party B at surat. But can we raise sales bill in the name of Party A. pl inform.

As per section 10(b) IGST act, you can do so
You will bill to A & ship goods to B
Choose the module'Bill To ,. Ship To ' In Eway bill genration
put the gstn of A in bill to,. & put the B address of ship to
