Even I am facing the same problem.
Dear Friends Please remove your java latest version 8.60 and to be instales java 8.25.
i am instaled. working fine
rpu 1.3 is working but form no.27A in generating without file hash display number, and for this reason NSDL is not accpeting the TDS return, is there any solution for this problem,
is there any clarification from NSDL.
