We have e-filed 24Q-Q4 on 13th Jul 2013, till 30th July the same is not processed at TRACES. The credit in 26AS of individual employees for Q4 is not given till date. We are unable to issue TDS certificate to employees, who has to file their return on 31st July being the due date. Neither we are able to contract TRACES people nor they answered any of our email.
My Question is how long TRACES will take to process the return, and what could be the alternative way outs?

you may provide form 16 part b details which would help employees to fill their return......after updation of tds return in 26AS provide tds certificates later on...........it takes 14-15 days to update the records........
