Dear Experts,
As a Seller we are based in Mumbai and registered under MVAT and CST in Mazgaon, Mumbai.
Our Buyer is based in Bangalore, a corporate.
Who will issue the E-Sugam, Buyer ( Bangalore based and registered with Karnatak VAT) with PO ( Purchase order )or seller ( MVAT registered in Mumbai )with invoice.
Incase the buyer to issue the E-Sugam but if buyer does not co-operate and fails to issue E-sugam on time which results in business loss, then what is the option for seller.
Plz advise.
