E-return anexxure error

Happy Diwali to all .......pls help me when i am filling e-return annexure its showing the error .i had posted it below pls have a look on it .

          I had call many time at mazgaon office but no one is picking up the cal if any one is picking up the they r saying me to talk wid one an another person plss tell wat should i do ...i had downloaded the latest form from website and fill all the details which is require in form and than i had sone the form error free than also showing same prooblem. i had try 10 to 15 times... pls help me.
