We have to sent material as free sample to our Export customer .

Does E_invoice require against this supply

As it is not a supply the Goods shall be accompanied with a delivery challan issued in accordance with the
provisions contained in rule 55 of the CGST

Note :As per FAQ available on Cbec site not required to generate E-invoice on DC
