Are there any time limit for making e-invoice & also cancellation of e- Invoice????

Yes E-invoice can be cancelled with 24 hrs from it generation, after that it cannot be cancelled.

for Generation there is no time limit, but it should be generated within reasonable time frame.

IRN for invoices should be obtained within 30 days from date of invoice and e invoice can be cancelled within 24 hours of its generation
