Hello...

Pls tell me, can i file a income tax return for the A.Y.2009-10 and 2010-11???

In my opinion, i can file it for the A.Y. 2012-13 and 2013-14 only... Am i right???

You can file it for all 4 years.

You can file only for 2 years, AY 2012-13 and AY 2013-14..

You can file online for Two AY... For preceeding before of two should be manual Return...

Yes you may file return for AY 2012-13 & 2013-14, earlier year return may attract late filling penalty of Rs.5000/- each year.

YOU CAN EFILE THE RETUN FOR THE ASST YEAR 2012-2013 AND 2013-2014

In case you efile the taxable return for the asst. year 2012-2013, then you have to pay a penalty of Rs 5000.00, and in case your return is below the taxable limit, then you will not be liable to pay the penalty of Rs.5000. And in case of ASST YEAR 2013-2014, YOU CAN FILE THE RETUN , WITHOUT ANY PENALTY

You can file itr electronically for asst 12-13 and 13-14 ,for 12-13 if your income is taxable than panalty shall be levied Rs 5000/- .

However, for asst 10-11 and 11-12 you can submit physically to the concern ward.

You can file Electronically for the AY 2012-13 and AY 2013-14 only for AY 2010-11 and AY 2011-12 you cant file electronically you can file only in the IT Ward with Penalty of Rs:5000 for each AY.

Hey... here i got mix answer...... i think i can file only for the A.Y.2012-13 & 2013-14.... and with penalty i can file for the AY 2010-11 & 2011-12 too....
