hi frns .... I wanna confirm 1 really good news that e-diary system which was going to be implemented from 1july 2012 is under review by ICAI right now ... 
So it will take further more time to be implemented

How do you know it?
The ICAI being such a prominent body of constitution shall implement such policies in full & final rather than announcing it & then keeping it pending for review. It just leads state of confusion.?????
