E-commerce payments without vat tin number to a seller

I read your post.it is really a great information about e-commerce websites. I have just started a business. I am a tshirts manufacturer from mumbai.I manufacturers tshirts from tamilnadu. I am not having my vat tin number. I contacted to askmebazaar, shopclues. They told me,I can start selling products with them. But I m in a doubt of a payment method by e-commerce sites as I am not having my vat tin number. Will they make me payment in my savings account in this conditions? Also I wanna sell a combo pack of two tshirts. How can I save the more amount by selling products in a combo pack? KINDLY HELP ME BY ANSWERING THESE DOUBTS AS I AM IN A TROUBLE. MY TSHIRTS PRODUCTION IS COMPLETED.VAT-TIN NUMBER REGISTRATION PROCESS WILL TAKE MAXIMUM 45 DAYS.
