what is the rate of GST which is required to be paid by ECO which is providing housekeeping services? and which form required to be submitted?

GST on the small housekeeping service providers, notified under section 9 (5) of GST Act, who provide housekeeping service through ECO, @ 5% without ITC.
thanx...which form is required gstr8 or any other form bcoz eco covered u/s 9(5) is not liable to collect TCS so which form applicable on it?
