E campaign after filing of returns

We have successfully filed the return in November but received the e- campaigning email from the department to respond to the query by the department, should one ignore this or must submit the response, please clarify?

Please go through it and check if the same has been incorporated in the filings done

Else , you can incorporate and file a revised return by 31.12.2023
