I have one query related to C Form Application.
Material Received and Invoice bookin on date of 15th July 2014 and Invoice dated is 20th June 2014.
My query is that whether C FORM to be applied in 1st QTR or In 2nd QTR....
Please guide me....
C Form has to be given as per the invoice date. But as the assessment is to be done on yearly basis so the C Form if given in the same year is accepted by the department.
Technically it should be given as per the invoice date.
