Dvat registration

Following documents are required for DVAT Registration in case of Company for DVAT+CST:-

1. Copy of PAN Card of the Company

2. Copy of Identity Proof of Directors, Manager and Authorised Signatory like Aadhaar Card, Election Card, Passport.

3. Address Proof of the Business premises with the ownership proof / Rent Agreement/ NOC of the Ownership.

4. Bank Accounts detail of the Company

5. List of Items in which you are trading, used for packaging, manufacturing.

6. Copy of Address Proof of the Directors

7. Rubber Stamp - 1 Authorized Signatory, 1 for Director and 1 Company's Name with address.

8. 1st Purchase bill from the DVAT registered dealer.

9. 1st central sale bill with copy of Carrier or frieght.

10. Latest paid electricity bill for the address proof and ownership proof.

11. Rs. 1025 (1000 for DVAT and 25 for CST) must be paid online.

Now how to get the RC ?. It says "You are not eligible to View Your RC !!"

How much time it takes to generate the RC after online submissions.

Dear Neha,

after approving application of your DVAT registration. 

VATI will inspect your business premise, and on the basis of VATI report it will get your alloted TIN No. active on DVAT Site. 

Contact your concerned ward VATI.

It normally take 15 days, otherwise you can contact your ward.
