Dvat cancelled by department

There is no need to apply for a new dvat registration because the pan number is used by u recorded in thier record,so the thing you should to do you have to visit the dvat department for your ward VATO and they will again reprocess to veryfy your DVAT registration i hope your query is resolved

Thanks for the reply.

I had visitied the VATO concerned and he has suggested the following steps.

1. File DVAT-7 

2. File DVAT-38 for restoration & reprocess of VAT befor Add Commissioner 

3. File DVAT 11 with Rs. 100 court fee and an application to be submitted to VAT for further process.
